Das Schüler'sche Manöver ist ein mathematisches Werkzeug, mit dem man das Vorzeichen eines Ergebnisses beliebig verändern kann.
Durch die Multiplikation der komplexen Zahl [math]\sqrt{-1}[/math] mit [math]\sqrt{1}[/math], bekommt man die Schüler'sche Konstante [math]f_f[/math].
Das Ergebnis kann nun beliebig oft mit [math]f_f[/math] multipliziert werden, bis es mit dem Ergebnis (E) der Musterlösung (M) gleich ist.
Bedingung! Es muss gelten: [math]E=M-2 \cdot M[/math]
Beispiel:
\M=10 \E=-10
Bed:
[math]E=M-2 \cdot M [/math]
[math]E=10-2 \cdot 10=-10 [/math]
qed.
Daraus folgt:
[math]M=E \cdot f_f[/math]
[math]f_f=\sqrt(-1) \cdot \sqrt(1)=(-1)[/math]
[math]E \cdot f_f=M[/math]
[math](-10)\cdot(-1)=10[/math]
Nützlich ist dieses Manöver, um sogenannte Folgefehler zu vermeiden und in echte Fehler zu wandeln. Negativ ist, dass es die Tachyonen nutzlos werden ließ.
